General Provisions

2.3 Single Account Policy
Each individual may open only one jb77 account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, both accounts will be suspended and all bonuses in those accounts will be cancelled.
Account Management
3.1 Password & Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Verification
jb77 may request identity verification at any time. This must be completed using a national identity card, passport, or other valid document. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at jb77 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The following methods may be used to deposit funds on the platform:

Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳32,000
The welcome bonus is available to each user only once and will be credited automatically after the first deposit into a new account.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 (৳1,000 × 25) in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Not all games may count toward meeting the wagering requirement. Specific restrictions will be stated in each bonus offer.
If a withdrawal is made before the wagering conditions are met, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
5.3 VIP Program
jb77's VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
You can advance to a higher VIP tier by staying regularly active and playing more. Advance notice will be given of any changes to VIP benefits.
5.4 General Bonus Terms
- jb77 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonuses issued due to a technical error may be cancelled.
- Compliance with the single account policy is mandatory to receive bonus benefits.
- If any strategic or systematic abuse of bonuses is detected, the account will be closed.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
jb77 is committed to fair play. All games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If evidence of manipulation or interference with the outcome of any match, event, or game is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately.
6.2 Sports Betting

If a bet is cancelled due to technical reasons, the staked amount will be refunded. If an event is postponed or cancelled, the relevant betting rules will apply.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of deposited funds:

- Using systematic strategies to abuse bonus benefits ("bonus hunting")
- Any attempt to interfere with game outcomes
- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform
- Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's security systems
- Harassing or abusing other users
